/how-i-think_
I go in where there is turbulence and leave clarity behind.
April 2025: thirty years in the US, zero presence in the region. No local site, inactive channels, no events, no pipeline. Say what the brand is and how it goes to market. Build the engine the department will run on. Make the effort show up in numbers.
01
Clarity before anything.
A brand in turbulence needs one answer first: what are we, for whom, and what do we promise. I wrote the positioning and the narrative, then rewrote them as the market taught us. Moving the position on evidence is the job, not a failure of it.
02
Design the engine, then run it.
A go-to-market roadmap, a twelve-month plan, the website, a CRM, media plans, an event matrix, a sales kit. Then a team to run it: six or seven part-time specialists across strategy, paid media, SEO, design, and content, all remote, hired and orchestrated by me. I have designers. I give the art direction.
03
Automate the redundant.
Whatever a machine can do well should not cost a person’s week. Use-case research and drafting run on a trigger and publish to the site. Reporting assembles itself. People are kept for concept, judgement, and orchestration.
04
Numbers are the moment of truth.
Every dirham spent has to show up in a report the managing director can read in a minute. Expectations are set before the spend, in writing, and the results are shown against them. No false promises going in, no excuses coming out.

Not just survive. Thrive.
The turning point. One idea for a fragmented market, conceived and written by me, launched at GITEX Global in October 2025: five audiences, five faces, one ribbon. Hospitals, clinics, healthtechs, startups, partners. The booth, the corporate and partner brochures, the post series, the landing page, and the sales deck all came off the same sheet.

The position, sharpened. Your rosters are broken. We fix them.
Workforce scheduling for any business that runs on shifts, in the Middle East. Two pieces from this year say it.

Six pages, May 2026. The whole argument, from the cost of a bad roster to a live deployment at Saudi German Hospital.

Four pages, August 2026. Made for Redington, SSI’s channel partner, for the AWS Marketplace campaign about to run.

/on-the-ground_
Five shows in a year. The first was three weeks after I started.
Abu Dhabi Global Health Week, April 2025. Then GITEX Global, WHX Summit Riyadh, Arab Health Dubai, and GISEC 2026. Each one is a matrix decision, a booth, a media plan, a post sequence, and a follow-up pipeline. Pictured: the first.

qualified decision-maker leads from one event, WHX Summit Riyadh
April to November 2025, from the recap presented to SSI EMEA leadership. Behind them: a hundred-plus deliverables, a segmented CRM of decision makers, twenty-five sales assets, press with Saudi German Hospital and Redington, and paid media on Google and LinkedIn that bought attention at a quarter of a dollar a click.
/where-it-stands_
Eighteen months in. Still building.
SSI is an AWS partner and the product is on AWS Marketplace, with Redington as the channel. Where it goes next is SSI’s to announce, not mine.
When the region paused in 2026, the team was scaled down on purpose, to read the market before spending against it. Everything on this page is work done inside my job. The product, the clients, and the figures belong to SSI. Clients other than Saudi German Hospital stay unnamed until they say otherwise.
