/how-i-think_

He was building a company brand. People connect with people.

Nayyer coaches founders and leaders who are working hard and still stuck. He does not give advice. He asks the question nobody else in their life is asking. Thirty years inside the same rooms, four books in two languages, and a LinkedIn that went nowhere in particular. The strategy: make him the face, sell the books and the coaching from his own address, and send every post there.

  1. 01

    The person, not the company.

He was putting thirty years behind a company name, Mumkin, and expecting people to connect with it. A stranger follows a person, reads a person, and eventually messages a person. So the brand is Nayyer: his name, his face, his questions. Mumkin stays his practice, and the site sends people there.

  2. 02

    One funnel, two doors.

Every LinkedIn post links to the site. From there a reader either books a discovery call or buys a book. Testimonials sit before the ask, one ask per page, and the books are sold on his own site, so the reader becomes his and not the publisher’s.

  3. 03

Build it so he owns it.

Static, fast, Lighthouse 98 to 100. A CMS he edits himself, live in about seventy seconds. The form saves the message first, then sends a receipt, then puts a card on his board. No email address anywhere on the site. A hundred and sixteen checks before anything goes live.

  4. 04

    Then show up every week.

A site nobody is sent to is a brochure. From May 2026 Kleos runs his LinkedIn: it drafts in his voice from his own stories, and Nayyer approves every post. His time went from hours a week to minutes. The numbers at the end are what that did.

/the-funnel_

A post, a site, and two doors.

Two paths matter and only two. The site exists because his posts link to it. What I built for him, on one sheet.

Espresso dark, cream type, a muted taupe accent. No pure black and no pure white anywhere. Playfair Display for the headings, Inter for the body. Interactive things are pills, media is sharp.

Eleven pages, three jobs.

The story, the books, the ask. Home, About, Coaching with the form, a page for each of the four books. Copy in his voice, from his own books and posts, with a rule sheet for how the site is allowed to speak. Live at nayyer.coach since July 2026.

nayyer.coach, the turn: I came to coaching to change the person closest to me. I stayed when I finally saw that the person who had to change was me.
nayyer.coach, who I sit with: the builder who feels stuck, the coach still becoming, the parent raising faith
nayyer.coach, the discovery call form: tell me what is sitting with you
nayyer.coach, the books: Beyond Coaching, Tarbiyat Kay Jadeed Asloob, Distracted?, Andar Ki Dastak
nayyer.coach, what sitting with me is like: you talk, I ask, you hear yourself
nayyer.coach closing band: what are you still carrying that you have never said out loud?

Twelve months of reach, and the month it changed.

Before Kleos, Nayyer posted when he had time. Reach averaged about 2,000 impressions a month. Kleos started in May 2026. The line moved that month and has not come back down. In August, month four, a stranger who had been reading him sent a message and asked to be coached.

The obvious objection

Two posts in the Kleos window announced his fourth book. The conservative row in the table strikes both from the Kleos side entirely, for anyone who would rather not count them.

Monthly impressions, Aug 2025 to Aug 2026

Impressions are attributed to the month a post was published. August 2026 covers 23 days, not a full month.

The same person, per day

Months are uneven, so everything here is a daily rate: 250 days before, 115 days with Kleos.

Engagement rate is the median of his individual posts. One October 2025 credential announcement collected 179 engagements, 42% of every interaction he received in nine months. Set it aside and the before-period rate reads 1.92% against 1.94% today.

His ceiling moved

His best post and his ordinary post improved by the same multiple, about 1.7×. What improved was the account, not any one piece of news.
